My Desert Island record would probably be 69 Love songs by Magnetic Fields ‘cus it’s long and so eclectic, I could listen to it for a while without tiring. That’s why.
And I love his lyrics they’re so brilliant.
Johan Duncanson:
My Desert Island disk would be, I guess, So Tough by Saint Etienne. It mixes folk music, Euro disco with dub and reggae and club music and with .. a girl group.
It’s a great album it’s got this wonderful London feel to it
