This will be the second single from the bands third studio album, ‘Clinging to a scheme’. It features a sample from Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore and will be accompanied by a cover of Sade’s “All about our Love”.
The CD single “Heaven’s on fire” is released in limited edition of 2000 copies. Out on March 24th 2010 via Labrador Records.
The third song “In America” isn’t officially listed on the tracklist of the CD, but is a hidden track and was exclusive to those that purchased the CD single.
The single concludes with the quote:
” I see England hasn’t got such an obsession with rock n’ roll
In America, everything is rock n’ roll, y’know
you can’t order a beer without it being a rock n’ roll event can you? “
