With the release date of the bands 3rd studio album being pushed back, the band have written and recorded a new EP that should temporarily quench the thirst of Radio Dept. fans the world over.
The Radio Dept. have played their two shows in New York and have received wild praise and acclaim for their performances.
The Radio Dept. are working on their third, to say the long-awaited, album "Clinging to a scheme" which should be on record and hard drives in autumn 2009. To avoid this long wait the band will release a new single "David" on the 24th June. "David" may contain everything that is good with music, a mixtape on everything you ever liked, modernised and condensed into 3 minutes and 35 seconds. A new world sound.
The band have begun work on the follow up to 'Pet Grief'. Firm fan favourite, Messy Enough, will finally get recorded in the studio and should eventually feature on either the forthcoming studio album or on an EP/Single.
