Shortly after The Radio Dept. signed to XL Recordings, a small compilation record was commissioned. This compilation featured 7 other newly signed bands and was given away as a promotional tool.

Some of the bands featured are still going strong and are still signed to XL (MIA & Ratatat) and the rest have since left XL. Where Damage Isn't Already Done is the Radio Dept song featured on this compilation.
